SketchData End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SketchData. By installing, copying, or otherwise using any Freeware, Script, or any other product (collectively known as "Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. The Application is protected by Federal Copyright Law. SketchData retains the title to and ownership of the Application. If you are an individual, then you may copy the Application onto any computer you own. If you are an entity, then you must purchase a separate license for each computer that will use the Application.
The Application and documentation are sold "as is" without any warranty as to their performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. In no event shall SketchData or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, development, production, or delivery of this Application be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use, or data resulting from the use of this Application, or arising out of any breach of warranty.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Denver, Denver County, Colorado, United States of America, to resolve any dispute, of any kind whatsoever, arising out of, involving or relating to this License Agreement.
